I've created a Monster

So while on my lunch break today I was walking out of a local boutique when I saw a randomly placed, yet intriging object... what looked like a miniature tennis racquet. It was kinda out of place amongst the women's clothes, candles, and jewelry, so I picked it up.

The package read "The Defender Bug Zapper".



Call it an impulse purchase, but I was intrigued. This IS Louisiana, there is no shortage of bugs and we're outside a lot. A quick and if effective easy solution to those ones that have the annoying habit of flying into the house when the door is open .02 seconds. Besides, Chad has a fascination with the traditional bug zappers.

So I brought it home and gave it to Chad... and have been hearing the crackle of electricity ALL night long. Testing the zapper on anything possible. Oh it's already claimed a few multi-legged creatures, complete with sparks and all. It's effective and slightly twisted. It shouldn't be so much fun to kill little innocent bugs, but apparently, IT IS!

Not only that... but when you google "handheld bug zapper"... the first image that pops up is more than slightly disturbing. I'd like to go on record as saying I wasn't the one that found this... but it was too funny errr freaky. If you're easily offended... look away now.



Yeah they went there.
